Photos by Sachin. We had a six hour layover (8 a.m. to 2p.m.) in Hong Kong on our way to San Francisco. We took the airport express to Central, the financial and shopping district and walked about in and near the IFC mall. Although it was 10:00 a.m., it was hot and muggy outside. After lunch at the Michelin starred Lei Gardens, we headed back to the airport in ample time for our flight.
